Cancellation Policy

1. Service Agreement By booking our whelping services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this document. Services include care for the dam and puppies as described in the selected package and any add ons. Care plans may be adjusted as needed to ensure the health and safety of both dam and puppies. 2. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve any service. Deposits secure your spot and will be applied to the final balance. Deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Deposits may be applied to a future booking (subject to availability) and must be used within 12 months of the original booking date. Full payment is due prior to or at the start of services. Deposits are not transferable to another client. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is permitted if the deposit is applied to a new booking within 12 months. Missed appointments or no-shows are considered cancellations and will forfeit the deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule services in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible. 4. Care & Responsibility Clients must provide accurate health and behavioral information about the dam and puppies. Clients must supply necessary food, medications, and special items required for care. While we provide professional, hands-on care, outcomes cannot be guaranteed in the event of medical emergencies, congenital issues, or complications. We strongly recommend regular veterinary checkups for both dam and puppies. Medical decisions remain the responsibility of the client. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or contagious illnesses contracted prior to services. 5. Client Cooperation Clients must notify us immediately of any high-risk pregnancy, health concerns, or special needs. Failure to provide accurate information or follow guidance may result in termination of services without refund. 6. Liability We are not liable for illness, injury, or complications that occur outside the scope of our direct care. Liability is strictly limited to services rendered during the agreed-upon period. Veterinary fees not included in a selected package remain the sole responsibility of the client. 7. Add-On Services Additional services such as vaccinations, microchipping, veterinary transport, puppy starter kits, or extended care may be offered at an extra cost.
